Tower section was designed to produce high or low foam powder detergents in the form of small homogeneous hollow beads by using cylindrical spray drier tower where the slurry of the base powder is sprayed and dried.
Sulfonic Acid is produced by using sulfur trioxide (which is produced by burning solid Sulphur) with Alkyle benzene.
Currently we are preparing to launch a new sulfonation plant.
Liquid sodium silicate is produced by reacting powder sand SO2 (99.9%) with liquid sodium hydroxide.
Now : sodium silicate solution is produced by melting solid silicates with water then filter the solution.
Liquid detergent are produced by batch system with high production capacity.
High and low foam powder are filled using different machines. Some of them are dedicated to automatically filling smaller powder bags. The majority of the machines handle medium to large volumes of high foam powder. Machine is used exclusively for filling buckets, while specialized machines are designed to fill foam powder into Cartoons.
